Haskell Boss worked hard to build this company from the ground up, now passing on the tradition of hard work and passion for success to his family. Acro-Spec became incorporated in 1972. We have been manufacturing nation wide for over 57 years. Cliff Boss and Annette "Michelle" Boss-Austin are a brother sister team, along with Anthony Boss as Chief of Operations & Quality Manager, we strive to serve our customers needs, specializing in Centerless Grinding, Thread Rolling, and Knurling your products.

Clifford H. Boss has been the management leader of Acro-Spec Grinding Co., Inc. for over 46 years. Cliff Boss began working Acro-Spec in 1980, starting as a machinist & shop foreman, Cliff now is Pres. & C.E.O. of Acro-Spec. From the moment we quote your order, through the planning and processing, Cliff makes it his priority to produce top quality products per your specifications in the most efficient manner.
Annette "Michelle" Boss-Austin started out as a machine operator in training in 1980. After a year of feeding machines, Michelle moved into the office doing the accounting and payroll. Michelle has been managing the business side of Acro-Spec Grinding Co., Inc. for the past 46 years. Annette "Michelle" Boss-Austin, now Secretary Treasurer & C.F.O., manages the office as a whole, down to tracking customer orders & shipments. You can count on Michelle to be organized and on task serving the needs of Acro-Spec Grinding's customers.
